The Rooted Response

Embodied Safety. Rooted Identity. Sustainable Leadership

The Rooted Response is an online space for women who lead, entrepreneurs, coaches, healers, guides , who already know what to do, yet notice their body hesitate, tighten, or pull back when it’s time to move forward.

This isn’t a space for more strategy.
It’s for the woman who can feel that pushing through, holding everything together, or staying in constant output is no longer sustainable and that her next level requires a different kind of internal support.

You don’t lack clarity.
You don’t lack discipline.
You don’t lack capability.

What’s happening is quieter and more human.

Your nervous system learned to move through responsibility by staying alert, accommodating, and self-contained managing yourself so things stayed steady, relationships stayed intact, and nothing fell apart.

That way of operating once helped you succeed.
And now, your body is asking you to evolve.

The Rooted Response is where that evolution happens.

Here, we work beneath habits and effort, at the level, where choices are actually formed.

We build nervous-system safety and embodied identity so you can:

  • move forward without feeling depleted afterward

  • follow through without forcing yourself past your own limits

  • hold leadership, money, and visibility with steadiness instead of tension

  • stay present in moments of pressure without losing connection to yourself

This isn’t about fixing you. Nothing is wrong with you.
It’s about helping your body feel supported enough to move with you.

This is identity work.
Nervous-system work.
Capacity work.

So leadership, earning, and impact no longer require you to leave yourself behind.

The Rooted Response isn’t something you have to hold together.
It’s a space you return to until self-trust, grounded decision-making, and internal steadiness become familiar again.

This is the work beneath the work

Our Vision

We envision a world where women lead from internal safety instead of survival , where decisions come from self-trust, not conditioning and leadership no longer requires performance or self-erasure.

A world where power is steady, not forced. Where presence replaces pressure.
And leadership begins in the body. Rooted, regulated, and sustainable.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help women rebuild the internal safety required to lead, decide, and expand without self-abandonment.

This is identity work. Guiding entrepreneurs out of survival patterns and into embodied leadership rooted in regulation, self-trust, and presence.

Our Values

Safety before strategy
Nothing meaningful integrates without nervous-system safety.

Identity over performance
We don’t teach you how to show up — we help you become someone who can.

Presence over pressure
Growth doesn’t come from force. It comes from staying with yourself.

Truth without self-abandonment
Clarity should never cost you your body, voice, or boundaries.

Regulation is leadership
How you hold yourself shapes everything you lead
...

NON NEGOTIABLES

We hold that every human being carries inherent worth. Black, Brown, Hispanic, Indigenous, Asian, and White lives all matter but whiteness alone is not the measure of value or power. Trans men are men. Trans women are women. Nonbinary and gender-expansive people are whole. Every body, ability, and neurotype is sacred, and accessibility is a reflection of love, not charity. Faith must never be weaponized. American exceptionalism and Christian nationalism are distortions of both spirit and truth. Climate change is real, and care for the earth is a moral and spiritual duty. Love is love, and no institution has the authority to legislate it. Abortion is healthcare, and bodily autonomy is holy. No one is illegal on stolen land. We honor Indigenous sovereignty and the right of every person to exist and belong. Indifference in the face of oppression is complicity and our spirituality requires accountability, courage, and care.

Hey, I’m Sasha Marie.

I created this space because I know what it feels like to be tired in a very specific way.

Not lazy.
Not confused.
Not lacking ideas or drive.

Just tired of holding everything together while your body quietly resists.

For years, I was someone who took action, showed up, carried responsibility, and kept things moving — even when my nervous system was stretched far past what was sustainable. I could do the things… but it was costing me more than it should have.

If this sounds familiar, you’re probably someone who:

  • takes action
    shows up consistently
cares deeply about what you’re building, the people you serve, the life you’re trying to create

And yet:

  • decisions feel heavier than they should.
follow-through costs more energy than it used to.
    rest comes with guilt.
momentum comes in bursts, then disappears.

Not because you’re doing anything wrong but because your nervous system learned to stay safe by pushing, adapting, and overriding yourself.

That was true for me, too.

At some point, my body started asking for something different.

You likely know what to do.
You’ve learned the strategies.
You’ve invested, tried, adjusted.

But your body hasn’t caught up to your vision yet.

That’s where this work lives.

The Rooted Response is an online space I created to slow things down just enough for your system to feel safe again so the actions you already know how to take don’t require self-abandonment as the cost.

This isn’t about fixing you. Nothing is wrong with you.
It’s about helping your body trust that you can make decisions without freezing, spiraling, or self-abandoning afterward.

This is quiet work.
Deep work.
Practical work.

It changed how I move, decide, and build and it’s why this space exists.
